Wow, the pictures don't do this place justice. What a great time. The rental process was flawless. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay multiple days. Clean, secure, comfortable. We had an incredible vacation in this villa.
The key holder was so nice and helpful for everything we needed! We were on the Mediterranean ocean, looking at Eze village..... just in front of us. Just magic!

Of course the first thing I thought of when I saw the Villa was: OMG – people actually live like this!! The views are spectacular. The villa is perfectly clean. I have had the good fortune to travel to several continents, but never saw the water from that vantage point. The Villa has a perfect layout for a large family or group – both the indoor and outdoor accommodations seem to be designed for comfort. The patio has all of the benefits of a resort with one extra benefit a resort can’t match – The pictures don’t really capture the size or the quality of what guests are invited to share. I suspected that few people used the Villa based on how well it is maintained. I was very surprised to hear that it is rented out more than it is not! While there are many shops and restaurants in the area you almost don’t want to leave the Villa. I also appreciated that there was room to park our rental. Driving in a foreign city where the streets are narrow and unfamiliar becomes even more taxing if you can’t find a place to park! We parked right outside of the Villa each day and never had a problem.
Thanks John!! You are very gracious and accommodating host!! Considering my very limited French vocabulary, I appreciate your ability to speak so many languages as you so patiently let me try my hand at French!! I’m hoping there are some weeks left to pick from next year! The only negative thing to say is ---- leaving is just not fair. Until next year!!!

Fairy Tale Wedding”
My family and I came to Eze-Sur-Mer for a wedding with our extended family and their children. We stayed at Villa Panorama for 14 days and it was absolutely perfect! There is an infinity pool that is so clean and clear with blue lighting at night. The bride hosted her extended family (100 people!) for a BBQ/ swim party at the villa and we had a blast. There was plenty of space for everyone to eat, relax and socialize. The resident manager helped us with finding services (waitress, food prep) so we enjoyed the party, too. Best memory is seeing more than 20 people in the pool having a great time. Our rooms were large and comfortable with air conditioning and their own bathrooms which were very clean. The road is quiet and it is walking distance to Anjuna beach restaurant, the beach and train (5 -7 min).We rented a car and were in Monaco in 15 min. I want to thank the staff at Villa Panorama for a perfect holiday in Eze- my extended family was very envious of our accomodations. We will definitely stay there again.

- Easily the best pool I've ever swam in. Where else can you get an infinity pool that overlooks the gorgeous Mediterranean? It will change your life for the better.
- The villa is incredibly spacious and well-lit providing the perfect environment to entertain guests or have a relaxing afternoon with your favorite book.
- The Manager of the property could not be a nicer, more pleasant man to deal with.
And now full: "What an extraordinary place to visit. The property itself is simply exquisite and can accommodate a group of any size and never feel too large or small. Everything about it is in great condition and extremely well maintained. Just wait until you see the view - no picture, no matter well it was taken, can ever do it justice. When you add that view to the beautiful infinity pool you're guaranteed the best swimming experience of your life. The caretaker is an extremely nice man who is a pleasure to work with. 5/5 stars

This is the only review you need to read. Every minute you spend without booking your vacation at Villa Panorama is a waste. It is one of the few places that will exceed the expectations you have and satisfy the anticipation you feel. You are in the French Riviera. You are on a mountain. You are overlooking the Mediterranean from the infinity pool.
Gerard, the proprietor, is endlessly warm and gracious. The location is walking distance from the Eze Sur Mer train station, the beach, and Anjuna Plage Privee, a great local restaurant. Nice, Eze Village, and Monte Carlo are all a short drive away, but you will not want to leave. There is no reason to leave.
Stop reading. Stop thinking about whether you have the time. Life is short. Book your time now before I take the week that you want. Five stars.

My wife and I have just returned from the most fantastic travel experience we have ever had. We are writing to thank John the caretaker of Villa Panorama he is the person who had made it all possible. Our trip to Eze was established because we were part of a wedding party consisting of over one hundred people, fifty from the USA like us had never been to Southern France. From the first day we arrived and until we returned to Boston we felt the comfort and relaxation that you only feel when people give their best for you. Four of us arrived at the Airport in Nice and were met by Gerard, how he found us I do not know. John appeared at the perfect time. He immediately knew we would need help with basic communication after our first greeting. My wife and I did not do well learning French before the trip and we promise everyone in France we will do better the next trip. John offered to take two of us in his vehicle with luggage and also helped me get to the airport rental car office. The office would have been impossible to find without him. John spent time with me to insure I got the best deal and the proper papers signed. We were on our way and drove to Eze, I followed John and he stopped several times along the way patiently waiting for me to catch up. Driving for the first time in France can be a challenge. The drive to the Villa Panorama was about forty five minutes when taking the coastal route. The scenery was fantastic it just seemed at every turn the view of the Mediterranean with the docks on one side and the populated hills on the other became an enchantment, one that can not possible be duplicated without being there. When we arrived at Villa Panorama and looked out toward the Sea we could not believe how beautiful our view became from so high above the road. At the Villa the Mediterranean Sea opened and extended from left to right, a true panorama of beauty it was amazing. Our days at the Villa just passed like a dream. We did not seem to ever know how long we were there or what day it was. The Villa was a central location for many of our friends to visit before the wedding. They had rented in several near by places but not one as comfortable or as accommodating as our Villa. We cooked large meals in the kitchen, hired a chef for one night, cooked on a charcoal grill, ate at nearby restaurants, shopped for groceries, had croissants and baguettes and never felt we needed more. The pool the warm sun a cool breeze and the landscape melted our senses. John was always available just enough and never too much. The time ended at the Villa too soon but with the most exquisite wedding, a beautiful bride and many many happy friends and family. We thank you Gerard and John and hope to see you again very soon.

My husband and I recently stayed at Villa Panorama in July 2014. It was absolute paradise from the moment we arrived. The villa is so charming and the landscaping and grounds are beautiful. The first thing you notice when walking in is the amazing infinity pool that is a perfect welcome after getting off the plane and traveling. There were already pool towels laid out for us on the lounge chairs so we could just jump right in and enjoy.
Upon arriving, Gerard was there to greet us, and was so nice and accommodating. Everything was clearly ready for us, but he insisted that we let him know if we needed anything else. Every room in the villa was just what you would imagine…comfortable and cozy with the Mediterranean breeze running through each one of them. We decided to stay in the room that had beautiful large windows and a clear view of the ocean. It was the best thing to wake up to every morning!
One of the things that we loved most about the villa was that it is so conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and the local train. Though there are many options to choose from immediately near the villa, if you want to, it is a 5 minute walk down to the train that can take you easily to the surrounding towns for you to explore.
We truly enjoyed every bit of our stay, and I would highly recommend Villa Panorama if you are thinking about traveling to the South of France. It was relaxing, private, and the perfect place to and get the true French Riviera experience. We will definitely be back!

My family recently spent a week at the Villa Panorama in Eze in mid- June. The villa was beautiful and the landscape was breath-taking.
We arrived late in the evening but when we woke up the next morning we were surprised by the view. It was picture perfect. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a beautiful view from the master bedroom. John was so helpful and very knowledgeable about good restaurants and gave us great suggestions on sight- seeing options.
I can only say wonderful things about this vacation. The only negative is that the vacation was not long enough. Next we will stay at least two weeks.

Unbelievable view. It is indeed how the pictures look. The villa itself is nice, and the owner very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed the location and actually preferred having a rental car as it allowed us to explore a little more freely. Highly recommend the villa, and the location is equally great. Thanks for a great stay!

Villa Panorama was everything we hoped it would be. The instructions on how to get to the property were concise and easy to follow. The house has a spectacular view of the sea and is very centrally located. It is close to Monte Carlo, St. Tropez, even just a few minutes to go to the market in San Remo Italy. The property is well maintained and management takes very good care of their guests. We had a wonderful dinner at the house prepared for us. There were 3 couples and we each had our own fully equipped bathroom plus an extra half bath. We swam most days and relaxed on the lounge chairs when we weren't cruising the area where there is plenty to see. There is a supermarket within minutes of the villa where you can get everything you need, including the freshest fish! There are great places to walk along the ocean and experience many of the nearby villages. We highly recommend the Villa Panorama and will stay there again.
